Filling materialIn a special production process LESSMANNHFB brushes are manufactured with a veryhigh filling density. Available are high abrasivenylons with silicon carbide, ceramic ordiamond grit. Standard in LESSMANN HFBBrushes high quality filling material is used(PA 6.12). Interior brushes with zinc coated twistedwire and single spiralDue to the filling of aluminium oxide or siliconcarbide their usage is more flexible thanwith conventional interior brushes.Interior brushes with abrasive filaments areusually used for deburring bores, cross bores,o-ring recesses and for polishing and cleaningsmall bores.Due to the flexible surface of the bristles theinterior brushes suit to the contour of thebore and areas which are hard to reach canbe treated.
